Clark County Court Records is privately operated. This site has no affiliation with Clark County government, the Clark County Clerk's office at 1200 Franklin Street, the Clark County Sheriff's Office, the Clark County District Court, Clark County Superior Court, the Washington Courts, the Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts, or any other government entity at any level. Using this site does not put you in contact with any government office.
If you need official records, certified copies, or any action by a court or government agency, you must contact that office directly. The Contact page lists the main official offices and their phone numbers. The County Clerk page covers how to submit copy requests to the Clark County Clerk.
Accuracy of Information
Government offices change phone numbers, hours, addresses, fees, and procedures without much notice. Clark County District Court moved to a new building in February 2026. Copy fee schedules change. Odyssey Portal features and interfaces update. We do our best to keep our pages current, but we cannot guarantee that every detail on this site is correct at any given moment.
Before you visit a courthouse, send a payment, or rely on an address listed here, call the office directly to confirm. For Superior Court and Clerk matters, call 564-397-2292.
